Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

ORBYX AI provides AI-powered business solutions, including but not limited to:

• Workflow automation,
• AI reception and customer engagement systems,
• AI cold-calling and sales automation,
• Voice, chatbot, and CRM integrations.

2. User Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information;
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials;
• Use services responsibly and in compliance with all laws;
• Avoid misuse, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering.

3. Payments and Billing

• Services are billed under subscription or customized contracts.
• Full payment must be received before service activation unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

• No refunds are provided after contract signing.
• Setup fees are non-refundable.
• Monthly fees may qualify for a 20% reimbursement only if services fail to meet the agreed performance or quality standards outlined in the client contract.
• Requests for reimbursement must be made in writing within 10 business days of completion.

5. Data Privacy and Retention

All personal and business data provided to ORBYX AI is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Data is securely stored for up to 6 months post-contract completion and permanently deleted thereafter unless otherwise requested or required.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, content, frameworks, and design materials remain the exclusive property of ORBYX AI. Clients may not copy, modify, redistribute, or derive works from any materials provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

ORBYX AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of our services. While we strive for reliability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

8. Termination of Services

Clients may cancel their services at any time by contacting support. ORBYX AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any claims or disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of ORBYX AI services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
